      Good company to work for as far as benefits and pay. Great health benefits, retirement, salary

      Leadership and management is not great. Not recognized for accomplishments and there is not good visibility within the company

      Pros

      Fantastic staff who are very accommodating, affable, intelligent and kind. Management is a+. The hours are great, I feel as though my skill is needed, and to top it off the experience is more than I could ever ask for. If I ever have a concern it is taken seriously, promptly, and it is dealt with in seconds. The amount of work is reasonable, and I can still balance school and friends. The CEO actually walks around the building and smiles, the receptionist waves, people I have never seen before introduce themselves. It is a great atmosphere and I couldn't have asked for anything better.
