- increase hybrid in office days on a whim - not a lot of onboarding support - leadership shares mixed messages - training is minimal - not very flexible about growth - compensation is not great can get more money somewhere else - they say/advertise they have unlimited PTO, but they limit how many days you can take in a year making it the opposite of unlimited PTO - not a lot of perks and very long hours - leadership has no understanding of work life balance, will constantly get messages and emails and be expected to respond after 5pm and on weekends
