Very personable team and an incredibly respectable CEO who truly cares about his employees(and loves dogs!). Building an interesting enterprise/SMB product. Snacks in the office when they were in person, they really did their best to make me feel welcome when I joined.

Cons

I was hoping for more sales training.

Hardworking, friendly team with a good sense of humor. (Even as I type this review they made me laugh) Everyone is very helpful in providing feedback, answering questions, and in brainstorming new ideas during our weekly team meetings and 1:1 code reviews. Many opportunities and encouragement to learn, to improve, and to acquire new skills. Management is attentive to making sure our work environment is comfortable and that we have a good work life balance. Always asks for our suggestions.
