Pros

- Overall some co-workers are great - Some technology has been upgraded (WiFi, DNC server, file server)

Cons

- Network has been upgraded - Phones are very outdated - Technology throughout shop is inadequate - CEO is always angry and mad - CEO recently purchased another company he is spending more time on - Managers micro-manage - Even stuff that is free is denied for one reason or another - Everything you are told about your future with the company is a lie - Constant back-stabbing - High turn over rate

Pros

- Machinists and welders are very experienced and are good at what they do - Jobs can present exciting challenges on the floor

Cons

- No quality system at all; QA department is very lazy - Management doesn't have a clue about operations, total disconnect from plant - Bad attitudes from management team because they can't make deadlines due to disorganization - High turnover rate - Lots of finger pointing and playing the blame game - Very poor pay
