The Southwest Division itself is located perfectly among many companies in the industry who benefit from this product so selling it is exciting. The owner I work for is very compassionate about his business, very eager to invest in his employees and works hard to create a work/life balance for us all. He promotes individual thinking and allows for feedback, encouraging each person to suggest processes instead of dictating how something has to be. He welcomes ideas/thoughts. He doesn't micro manage or dictate proving that he is hiring the right people in place to do the job with minimal supervision. A professional working environment.
