      The only pro to working here is the pay. It just won't last long.

      Please take my advice and stay away from this company. You will be treated great at first but you will see the true colors of the owner very quickly. He does not care about his employees. Managers be aware! You have no support and when you try to build a team he'll shut you down. We actually was blessed with a good production manager but I'm sure the owner will chase him off like the last 5 manager in two years.
