Unstable and insane leadership at the factory. Company is quickly dying, there are only 6 workers on the factory floor and local distributors are being fired one after another.

Disorganized, discriminatory, lack of communication, cold. I was hired for an HR Coordinator role after one interview. I accepted their offer, gave two weeks' notice to my previous employer, then started on a Monday. They fired me after 4 hours without any explanation given and refused to take my calls or meet with me to discuss the reason. I later found out from my recruiter that I was terminated due to my anxiety diagnosis and the fact that my prescription came up in my urinalysis. Despite me telling them ahead of time and even bringing the documentation to them for Escitalopram, they terminated before the end of the first day. Please avoid working here. Everything felt very disorganized and many of the folks I had the brief time to talk to seemed to be very unsatisfied with the company. This is not a long term work opportunity and office candidates especially should be aware.
