Transformation is code for firing long term employees with true industry knowledge in exchange for younger, cheaper employees with minimal relevant experience or talent. The culture is harsh and there is no acknowledgment or celebration of wins. Its all bottom line oriented with no focus on employee well being or happiness. The company and people are very behind the times. Positives are the corporate office is located downtown Nashville and close to everything for after work functions. It's a good company to get entry level experience in but then move on to a more sophisticated company or industry.
