      Pros

      The pay is good. Four-day weekends can also be nice.

      Cons

      The overall atmosphere of this place is toxic. Coworkers will talk poorly of others as soon as they leave the break room. Many of the people here are angry, jaded, and lack respect for others. There were numerous times I was verbally abused but was not comfortable reporting to management. The hours are long, monotonous, and frankly soul-crushing. Working in such a negative environment is not worth the pay. I do not recommend working here. Stay away!

      I love working for this organization, I've recently hit my 1 year mark and my team, management, and the company itself has a sense of community even though I work remotely. I always feel supported and feel valued.

      Cons

      No cons, one of the best jobs I have had in my career.
