Pros

Very hands to action work and very close to a very admired and critical general manager who pushes you up to your best performance. Big company and huge stimulating challenges that make you grow.

Cons

A lot of work and not much reward, talent is not kept by a reward system, this only happens to sales teams. Not easy to grow inside the company objectively.

Cons

Zero support for career growth. Very poor management at the plant level. Pushing out people that have years of experience in favor of green employees that don't know any better.
