Too many cliques Lack of transparency, lots of backstabbing Inexperienced managers

A lot of work and not much reward, talent is not kept by a reward system, this only happens to sales teams. Not easy to grow inside the company objectively.

Ineffective managers get away with being bad managers. This sets a bad precedent for the rest of the organization and brings down morale.

Good old boy system; the HR leadership is not respectful toward employees; the new culture of bringing in "young talent" allows managers to take advantage of older workers by removing people they see as blockers to young people that want to grow in their career

Poor lower level managers. Archaic, unwilling to change and improve. Old fashion my way or the highway management style

Can be long hours and corporate will drive you crazy. The management team can't communicate at all. New Plant Manager is completely clueless, lies a lot and is never, ever there. But he pretends to be involved when he's not watching YouTube videos on trucks.

Most promotions are not earned by hard work, but merely "who you are friends with" Suggestions or ideas communicated to your manager are mostly ignored or told not worthwhile, yet in team meetings, your suggestions/ideas are presented as their own with no credit given to you.

Lots of change and there can be some challenge with peers and management knowing responsibilities for projects as well as an ever changing process for SDLC.
