Pros

I have no pros to add

Cons

The culture is abysmal even with the change in CEO. Favoritism is still rampant in senior leaderships decision making for promotions. Questionable practices and behavior of people managers. Pay is at the lower end of the market. Not a safe place to work.

Pros

Located near Charlotte. Nice offices.

Cons

Overcommit and have employees work from 8 AM to 8:30 PM and refer to this practice as SBA's. There are a lot of new Sr Leaders that have pulled resources they have worked with in the past, and displaced existing workers. Finally, they are bringing everyone back to the office which can be a huge challenge for some of my colleagues who joined for the flexible work and built their lives around that.
