      Managers are toxic, pay terrible, expect crazy hours, no time off, unrealistic deadlines, inability to get anything done quickly due to so many rules and lack of leadership interdepartmental bureaucracy

      Hybrid work, Some managers are really talented people and inspire the employees.

      Most of the VPs and SVPs are mediocre and do not have much technical knowledge, Most of the business folks have negative attitude towards IT. VPs and SVPs manage their jobs and their bosses as survival tactics rather than thinking what is good for the long term.
