      Pros

      Office is new, modern, clean with free soda fountain machines on each level. Starbucks on first floor for employees.

      Cons

      Corporate corruption is insane at this company. If you have a family emergency that requires time off, they will terminate you without reason. I witnessed lots of cuts for no reason. Instead of higher ups taking the blame for things, they will terminate those below them and put the issue on them.

      Some great people, a few (not all) inspiring leaders at EVP level

      Cons

      Nepotism in hiring former Co-workers from outside companies for senior level positions who then find 'issues'with your performance (that none of your previous managers at LPL saw) so they can justify eliminating your position so they can hire someone they used to work with, completely against consent culture of 'developing the next generation of leaders'.
