      Some pockets of great people and solid benefits

      Cons

      Squeezing blood from a stone IS the business model. Peter Principle sums up much of the middle-management level. You would think people got bonused for throwing others under the bus. The only company I've experienced that managed to be culture- and customer-obsessed at the expense of employees.

      Flexible work from anywhere concept. While nice this can be difficult getting to know people.

      Cons

      First day working remote manager never even reached out to welcome me. Job role was not adequately explained until I got there and was not what I was expecting. Job description was misleading.
