      Not very welcoming, job role didn’t align with position description

      Pros

      Flexible work from anywhere concept. While nice this can be difficult getting to know people.

      Cons

      First day working remote manager never even reached out to welcome me. Job role was not adequately explained until I got there and was not what I was expecting. Job description was misleading.
