      Pros

      Good benefits. Unlimited RTO. Thoughtful and hardworking co-workers. Feedback is requested and addressed. Bullies (generally) not tolerated. Firm is trying to adjust to massive growth.

      Cons

      Very poor communication. Siloed information and decision-making. Sudden implementations of complex mandatory procedures. Reactive environment. Most work overcommitted and overcapacity. Zero OTJ training. Little support before being assigned to major, firm wide projects, highly visible, with enormous accountability and pressure to produce. Must be able to figure things out quickly, on your own.
