Pros

PTO, decent healthcare, paid holidays. Work remote although that’s changing

Cons

Use to be a great place where we felt valued has an employee- not anymore. Work remote full time turns to bringing us back to office. The culture has changed drastically since the switch of upper management. Only get 90 seconds between calls which wasn’t the case before. They now burn out their employees

Pros

Great pay and benefits. Bonus is based on performance and is on a bell curve with your peers. Stock options are guess - 15% discount.

Cons

Culture is not great. Lots of new executive leadership and the original culture is not even there. Lots of political jockeying, no transparency from leadership.
