      Fast Paced, Challenging but Great place to learn

      Pros

      This is a great place to work if you enjoy a challenge. The company is going through growing pains which means not every process is set in stone but that can be advantageous for those who like to participate in change and growth.

      Cons

      Employees feel their compensation is not up to par relative to the workload. Communication isn't great but it is improving over time.

      decent place, nice people, good location in la jolla doesn't hurt at all. not very difitcult to find yourself in management

      Cons

      clicky, the people who have worked there for over 10 years tend to form a click with each other and alienate the new ones
