Pros

You will use new technology, they are very talented developers, architects have a clear vision. Collaberative enviornment. Managers are empathetic and listen to employees.

Cons

Management is very ambitous with their deliverables. *Technical leaders are reasonable and don't push quotas, but the culture seems to be innovate amitiously and get it out the door: tech debt will be fixed when there's a break in the action.

Mentorship on a subject is hard to find. Opportunities are great but mentorship hard to find
