Pros

Good people(very few of them left after avago) to work with, good cab services.

Cons

Very bad managers, with unrealistic expectations and lots of politics. No clarity on work division, teams are unbalanced. Contractors are overloaded with work and there is no time-line on conversions. Contractors work more than employees(contractors develop the flow , and employees just use the flow). Now with the BIG MERGER there is a lot of re-structuring. LSI is no longer the same...

Pros

This was my first job out of school and gave me the building blocks to become a great engineer with plenty of latitude to make my own decisions.

Cons

Not many cons while I was working there other than they made a business decision to cut 2,000 employees in the consumer space and I was one of them.
