Pros

LSI offers excellent health benefit. Cafeteria offers healthy food for lunch and snack and the people who work there are friendly. The LSI building complex is new and beautiful. The gym is clean and has all new equipments.

Cons

The stock price is too low for all the great products LSI is designing, developing, and selling to big OEMs. The parking lot is a bit small for the size of the company.

Pros

Everything about this work place is awesome. Really cool managers who organize trainings often to make sure you are brought up to speed. Very team oriented approach in handling firmware issues. The work culture is the best I have ever seen. Managers are friendly and listen to you and make sure you are comfortable at workplace or outside.

Cons

As far as management goes, no question about how they manage their teams. But onsite infrastructure in the Norcross division may use some improvising in terms of cafeteria.
