Pros

I was so happy when Iwas contacted to interview for LSI. The pay is above average, the benefits are better than most companies, and most importantly I found out that LSI cherishes their employees. There are so many opportunities for advancement it blew my mind. And all of my supervisors encourage and support you if that is something you may be interested. LSI is not a job it is a career. And I am blessed to be given this opportunity.

Cons

The only downside I could think of is if I were to lose this job for some reason that is going to be a long fall from being close to the top.

Pros

Great start pay. Seemed like a good concept to be a call center for credit unions.

Cons

Does not communicate well with anything. Was not informed that there was no parking on site and had to pay out of pocket. Got a monthly garage for no reason as they didn’t communicate when the on site training would end. So when it ended early, all that money was wasted. Also the work-from-home deployment was so sloppily handled. They didn’t forewarn how many MGs would be needed and my area couldn’t support it. They sent us home with no RSA token set up before hand. No real communication on what to do the next day besides here’s the team meeting information. Call in however. There’s no room to work in the office since they have new classes/training coming in. Time to find a new job
