Pros

The pay is good and work life balance is great. You can work remotely when you need to so no taking days off for kids home sick or school is off.

Cons

There are often long hours and hectic schedules to meet as an engineer. It is only one of a few companies in the area, so there is not much voluntary turnover. Also, layoffs are always an issue.
