Pros
Opportunity and diversity. Doesn't discriminate based on race. If you're looking for an entry level opportunity in IT outside being a manager then its a great place to start right out of college. Pressure to perform is low and the enviroment is low stress. The people for the most part are really great to be around. Probably one of the best work enviroments I've ever experienced.
Cons
Does have strict standards for promotion. Don't expect to get promoted over somebody who has an advanced degree, regardless if they are a complete idiot. Admins are pretty knowledgeable but lack some discretion but are okay overall.
