      Decent pay while it lasts. It won't.

      Do you think you can excel in an environment where your co-workers all view you as a direct competitor/threat to their job? Do you think you can do well in an environment of hostility and distrust and hatred? Do you think you can function in an environment with zero training and zero support while working from home? YAY! Then LTCG is FOR YOU!

      Old Technology, NOT employee focused, Cheap raises, Dead end career

      Pros

      There were a lot of great people I worked with and it is currently fully remote. This may change with the acquisition by Illumifin who is totally changing the corporate culture and employee morale is sinking.

      Cons

      I worked at LTCG for several years and was suddenly and abruptly let go. The company, including my boss, led me and others to believe that my job was secure. The company was recently bought out by another company ILLUMIFIN, a private equity company that is extremely cheap and changing things like crazy and firing people who were there for a long time. Despite how hard you work, you do not get recognized for your efforts and the pay is not competitive. The company has become extremely cheap. Also, this company is very slow to embrace new technology (such as the Microsoft 365 stack). There is no training budget. As much as you might want to stay cutting edge and be up to speed on the latest and greatest technology you won't. You won't be encouraged to get certifications or paid for bettering yourself. Technologically speaking, the infrastructure is a total mess

      Almost no pros at LTCG.

      Cons

      Sr. Management is completely clueless. The only reason they are still in business, is no one really competes in their business. No support for technology Not willing to invest in the future Worst place to work
