Work from home. Nothing else comes to mind.

Cons

Poorly managed. Disrespectful. Stealing money from elderly people who pay a premium for insurance. Work load is unrealistic. Poor training.

Decent benefits w/the exception of corporate trying to "persuade" new restrictive HMO plans on MN employees as a means of cost savings for the company

Cons

Overworked - ridiculously unattainable goals, VERY stressful, NO recognition whatsoever, Extremely high turnover and management doesn't care, Favoritism, Management protects their own and do NOT listen, No option provided to review direct in line manager or provide feedback on annual basis

“After working at LTCG for over 12 years, you might think this would become mundane. It is just the opposite! The LTC business changes quick and I am excited to be a part of new developments and enhancements for the industry”.
