Possible work from home if you can process the number they want you to

Training is not thorough Trainer sighs or acts annoyed if you ask too many questions They tell you good things in the interview, but once hired, it's completely different

Pros

Friendly atmosphere. Management listens to all opinions and encourages feedback from everyone. Relaxed attitude as everyone tries to make it fun. I have been in multiple call centers but this one is best by far.

Cons

None so far, it has been wonderful.
