Horrible management to include the CEO, SVPs, and direct management. Completely unreasonable and unrealistic production expectations. Outsourcing of various jobs (to include clinical review of incoming documentation) to India and the Philippines. Management does not follow up or follow through. Management is, often, condescending and not receptive to employees concerns. No training.

The last few years are all about the bottom line when it used to be about the people who helped build the company and worked there for years especially in IT. Previously loved coming to work everyday. Industry and company knowledge is not valued anymore, now anyone can be replaced with a contractor despite the long term impacts. A contractor can complete the task at hand but will not know the long term impacts of those tasks. Expensive contractors are brought in while excellent employees have to be perfect for an annual 2% increase. The operation teams run on minimal staff and skill as well.
