      Beware of IT department and do your homework before you join

      Pros

      There are some very good employees who work at this organization; for some reason they can lay low and ignore the constant chaos and leader churn.

      Cons

      In particular, watch out for the IT department. Leader churn, current poor leadership and the boys club is rampant. Furthermore, it's a "gotcha" environment with even the CEO admitting "one throat to choke" when something goes wrong. It leads to the wrong people being blamed (based on politics) and the root causes are never solved. The most unfortunate part is HR signs off on the bad behavior and doesn't step in to protect employees from this predatory behavior. Culture is in the gutter.

      The people are so nice, just not management

      Cons

      Management in the call center is the worst. I have never seen a company so unorganized and a group of employees with such a low morale.
