      Great Company for Work Life Balance

      Pros

      I really appreciate the idea of having a work/life balance as many people today need to have both. This helps to keep the stree level lower than usual and helps keep employees productive.

      Cons

      Some of the managers still have not gotten aquainted with the idea of work/life balance but in due time it will change.

      Management makes it clears they care nothing about employees. Insurance has changed twice since august 2019 when Ltcg took over Ltc Transamerica employees. Ltcg also took away long time Transamerica employee yearly bonus’s
