I worked for this company 1 week. The red flags came up during training - " no one should be idle more than 5 min". When I inquired about 15 min breaks I was told to discuss that with my manager ( really is it unreasonable to promote people standing up and stretching during the day after sitting on the phone and computer ALL 8 hrs?) Lastly , I decided to cut my ties after one week because the micromanaging of time was not for me. I placed 6 phone calls and 2 emails to discuss my decision to terminate employment and NO one called or emailed me back. I now know I made the right decision!!! Very unprofessional behavior. Whether they were angry or not that I quit, someone should take the time to acknowledge my communication with them. This would be the equivalent of my just no call/ no show and blowing them off. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
