      Great people but no leadership

      Pros

      There are people who have been at LTCG since it started up and hold a ton of knowledge. These key resources are great to work with. Most people I worked with at LTCG were super friendly and worked hard to get their work done.

      Cons

      There have been many leadership changes in the past few years. The latest band of leaders is not very intuitive to what is really going on. Priorities are constantly shifting and unrealistic expectations are set. It's a complex environment that is in desperate need for streamlining and consistent leadership.

      I got my paycheck on time.

      Cons

      Worst experience, only being allowed 6 occurrences in 1 year you can be fired, this mean 6 days missed in one year that do include your 3 sick days. You are a number, you are a graph... "soooo.... i noticed you took a 6 min break out of your scheduled very to the minute schedule to use the bathroom... can you not do that anymore?" Also look up UNIVITA HEALTH = same place.

      Pros

      Decent pay, ability to work from home, good training, promotions from within, and flexible scheduling

      Cons

      Heavy emphasis on production metrics. If you are not making production you will get an email, phone call, or visit from management. Low morale due to management decisions. Excessive customer service calls that take time away from your current responsibilities. Red Tape - many layers of internal and external review before a decision may be completed. Easy to get an error from QA as the auditor may have a different opinion.
