Psycho managers who need to be committed, if you have a difference of opinion...you get dinged on your QA, heavy metrics, town halls are a huge waste of your day, customer service calls and answering for those co-workers who don't answer their phone and you get the people upset....yet they keep their job? Unrealistic goals in the timeframe. I worked so many hours unpaid to keep up. Run! It's a sinking ship!

Management says the right things, but does the opposite. Employee participation in decisions is not allowed, let alone encouraged. The company now only cares about short term money. Used to care about long term and people too. There is little or no internal opportunity. Many times they don't even post jobs. No feeling of job security - too much outsourcing and secrecy. Feels like another company I worked for just before they locked the doors.
