      Terrible company. DO NOT work for these people. I am leaving this company as soon as I can find another job.

      Pros

      Telecommuting. Pay is extremely low/noncompetitive but benefits seem to be quite good.

      Cons

      Unachievable productivity goals. Aggressive and punitive auditing program. The company manages staff by threats, intimidation and bullying. Email is our only form of communication with the company due to telecommuting and emails are ignored. Only feedback from management is negative . Supervisors have all completely checked out so they are no source of help. Clueless management from the top down. Extremely low pay with minimal raises despite excellent reviews. No promotional opportunities. I am leaving this company as soon as I can find another job.

      Pros

      The ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Very restrictive and unachievable productivity expectations. Not able to obtain in an 8 hr day. Low work volume and poor work flow. This company bullies it's employees when not making productivity or meeting the quality requirements. Low and non competitive pay.
