Pros

Remote work available for almost all employees

Cons

Some positions are underpaid for the amount of work they are required to do and do not allow for commission to be made. There also isn’t a ton of turnover in the higher positions so it is slow and difficult to move up in the company (pro but also a con)

Pros

Name recognition from being a perceived industry leader, good health benefits, 401K Match, option to work remote

Cons

Throughout my time here, I've observed a concerning trend where the company leans towards a reactive approach, often refraining from acknowledging challenges until they evolve into full-blown crises. Regrettably, senior leadership appears significantly out of touch with the everyday realities encountered by the workforce. This reactive stance at the top level further exacerbates the overall disorganization and confusion regarding our goals and direction. A significant concern is the competence of middle management, as many seem inexperienced for their roles. They heavily rely on a few tenured individual contributors to mask their deficiencies when reporting to senior leadership. This dynamic not only hinders the development of capable leaders within the organization but also places an undue burden on individual contributors who essentially carry the weight of both their roles and the inadequacies of their managers. Moreover, the company's pay structure presents a substantial issue, as it is significantly behind industry standards. Despite consistently over performance, the annual review periods create a nearly insurmountable challenge for employees seeking competitive compensation. It's disheartening to note that those with the longest tenure and a track record of top performance are paradoxically paid the lowest. This disparity not only undermines the morale of long-term, high-performing employees but also stifles any motivation for professional growth.
