Pros
Joined GET and Got job but got PIP Goals and pressure to leave job in 2019. It was first job and after 9 months I got PIP Goals as a fresher. Harassment during PIP to clear, but extended PIP to 5 more months. After that resignation after assigning to some other location and diffrent project.
Cons
Got PIP as a fresher after completing classroom training. And work for 4 months in a project. Fresher have no idea how to cope such situations. After joining as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, got PIP Goals and harassment and 5 months extension to PIP and resignation after transferring to different location in a different project in that period.
