On 1 st April 2023 they told they will give appraisel got the mail in February but they have reduced the salary by 4.3% instead of appraisel they have reduced the salary from April. Manager will tell to work as full stack developer but they will pay you fresher salary. They have decreased the shift allowance amount and also decreased the weekend working allowance from 1000 rs to 500 rs.

It's a very large company with very large clients so it's complicated to understand and navigate the leadership or feel seen or heard. The online portal for HR matters is a little difficult to use. The salary and benefits aren't very competitive. Hours/schedule can be long and irregular.
