Cons
1) moderate Immigration System 2) Hiring, Not transparent (They will come out with certification requirement after the initial interview, they promise to reimburse certification, but getting those money is not easy, later after joining they say 3 months later) 3) Reimbursement , they take months, complicate process, approval will take weeks, less response, (They deduct tax for the expenses incurred for relocation, approver will not response or approve in spite of followup), New joiners should be aware of this.
