Cons

From my experience, the senior leadership culture at LVI has raised concerns for several people. Even though there may be some flexibility on paper, the reality can feel quite different—almost like being back in school. The environment can create a high level of anxiety, which seems to be by design. There is also a significant amount of gossip, particularly regarding former or current employees. I should also note that a couple of senior management members were let go due to inappropriate behavior toward women in the organization.

I have seen this company break more good people than I can count. Stay AWAY. Micromanagment that is changing focus EVERY WEEK lack of transparency from leadership Office politics Favourtism Huge and VERY fragile egos Cut costs anywhere they can, but double expectations Changing targets without warning Changing company policies without warning Withholding commissions/bonuses to managers despite performance, due to other sister companies underperforming Only 50 people have been there more than 6 years…most are Directors, Execs and all buddy up LONDON OFFICE HAS 76% turnover. They have hit 1500 people 4 times in 3 years, but EVERYONE KEEPS LEAVING!
