Great people on some teams. Good support from senior management on some teams. Good training. Relaxed dress code

Cons

Cult mentality - if you don’t agree, offer feedback or even a difference of opinions it seems frowned up. Very set in their ways. Very micro managing, every hour of your day is set in the morning and it’s a problem if you don’t adhere to that. The constant shouting out of wins sometimes feels disingenuous. Not much room to grow at principal level,
