      - very strong leadership and great opportunities to learn from top performers in the industry - great training and onboarding - amazing place to learn the foundation of recruitment - great culture, super inclusive and a diverse group of people to work with, Made some great friends. - flexibility has improved a lot - attractive bonus and incentive scheme. You can make serious money here. - strong support from management - loads of opportunities for career progression - very clear promotion metrics
