This was my first role in sales and recruitment with no prior experience, but I felt well supported from day one. The training was structured, and there was consistent guidance throughout my time at LVI Associates. The leaders are approachable and willing to help when you’re facing challenges, especially if you come in with the right mindset and willingness to learn

Cons

As with any sales role, there are KPIs and targets to meet, which is to be expected. The structure provides clear direction and helps keep you focused on performance and growth.

The compensation is competitive, which is a genuine positive. You can make a good amount of money. Good for experience, easy to grow,

Cons

From my experience, the senior leadership culture at LVI has raised concerns for several people. Even though there may be some flexibility on paper, the reality can feel quite different—almost like being back in school. The environment can create a high level of anxiety, which seems to be by design. There is also a significant amount of gossip, particularly regarding former or current employees. I should also note that a couple of senior management members were let go due to inappropriate behavior toward women in the organization.
