There's a lot to do, and in my experience, people will support you in getting it done. There's massive opportunity for the company to grow and I'm confident that LVT has a bright future. If you're a driven person, there's no limit to what you can accomplish right now. LVT is actively addressing points of employee frustration. Nobody at LVT is OK with letting problems persist. I joined a year and a half ago and things are so much better now than they were back then that it's barely recognizable. I'm excited about what the next 18 months hold at LVT!

I genuinely enjoy coming to work every day, and a huge part of that is the people. My colleagues are talented, collaborative, and just all-around great to work with. There's a real sense of teamwork and camaraderie. The company itself is on an exciting trajectory. It feels like we're really building something special, and leadership does a great job of sharing their vision and making everyone feel like a part of the success. The employee experience here is top-notch. Management truly invests in making this a fun place to be, with awesome company parties and cool perks like in-office raffles for tickets to local events. One of the best things is how relatable senior leadership is.
