Pros

There are pockets of what LVT used to be.

Cons

Quotas are insane and leadership finds ways to not pay us. Cranney is worse than the reviews make him out to be and we all pray he gets fired or doesn't come into the office though we know he's not with our customers because they can't stand him either. The best week of our lives was when he was on vacation. We are all waiting for January to jump ship and join our friends who left. Join if you want, but it will be a ghost town and you're dumb if you do with all the other reviews. You can find something better.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take concerns about leadership and fairness seriously, and as part of addressing those concerns, we’ve made changes to our sales leadership to better support our team and align with our values. We’re also reviewing sales quotas and compensation to make sure they’re fair, competitive, and achievable. Your feedback helps us improve, and I appreciate you taking the time to share it. If you’d like to talk more, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly. Will Clive CHRO

Started out fine, but things went downhill quick

Pros

-Depending on your team leadership, you will either love/hate coming to work. It’s not very consistent across all teams unfortunately. —Most lower management seem to care about their employees, but can/will do little when it comes to giving raises. -they emphasize employees learning and gaining a lot of experience (certifications, trainings in dif software, etc) which you can put on your resume, making yourself more marketable when you do leave.

Cons

-Poor communication from middle management to upper management. -Very poor family leave policies despite their claim of being a “family-friendly” place to work (2 weeks of maternity leave) -No raises, and if you bring one up at your annual performance review they act a little annoyed you’d even ask -HR will threaten you into signing an NDA that promises you won’t speak poorly of them when you’re let go…leaves a bad taste in the mouth IMO -Seems like most of the veterans there are just holding out for their stock options to vest/the company to go public, but that seems to be the only thing holding them there. The stock options program is discussed at length in company meetings, but when it comes to annual raises, don’t ask.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I joined the company recently, and one of my top priorities is making sure that everyone at LVT has a consistent, positive experience, no matter what team they’re on. We’re also moving quickly to reevaluate our total rewards programs, including raises and promotions, to ensure they’re fair and competitive. Additionally, we’re doubling down on clear, timely communication so that everyone has the information they need to feel supported and aligned with our goals. Will Clive CHRO
