      Losing the culture

      Pros

      LiveView was a great company that was built on the people of the company who worked hard to build it to what it is today.

      Cons

      The CRO change the company's Pres for the worse has been sad to watch. The (CEO) whom we once believed in to protect what we all built together and shared the same values has been swallowed up by this new Toxic CRO. The new CRO has come in with no care in the world for the people who built the company. It has become a company that values the dollar sign over the people who sacrafice to make it what it is. It is so sad.

      Fast growth and lots to do

      Pros

      I love the fast growing nature of LVT. There is so much to do and so many ways to affect change for the good of our customers and the company. Lots of well intentioned people.

      Cons

      A lot of the newer employees in the last couple years don't seem to be as engaged. They are just riding along on the bus and collecting a pay check. Don't apply if your not going to help lift. With the fast pace, there is too much directional change. Some teams are struggling to keep their heads above water.

      The founders are good humans and are really trying to grow the company. With growth comes many opportunities.

      Growth means things are constantly changing and changes happen quickly.
