      Pros

      Its a good place to do meaningful work. We take the work seriously and don't take ourselves too seriously. There are a lot of interesting problems to solve working with both hardware and software. And its rewarding to know that our solutions are adding security to the world.

      Cons

      Nowhere is perfect .. we are experiencing some of the pains of growing from a small startup into a much larger scale company. But, we are working through those problems, and getting the right people in the right positions to smooth things out.
