Pros

The Values of the organization are based on the history of the company with unique stories that add real meaning to the mission of LVT. There are opportunities for everyone to succeed. The directive to OWN your work compels towards improvement of self, team, and company with a focus on Doing what is Right for the Customer. I love the product. We all want to live in a safer world. Recent involvement with Charitable and Community work are a definite plus for me.

Cons

We are growing so fast that we are cramped on space. Some adjustments to our practices take a little more time than I would prefer, but we are getting there.

-Still has the start-up feel where the founders are directly involved/interact with employees, the parties are fun for employees/families alike and don't feel too "corporate" -Managers seem to genuinly care about employees -Great culture, feels like everyone is a friend

Cons

-Putting work above your own personal life, working after hours, while sick, etc., is praised -Common themes of asking too much of employees due to not hiring enough people or not wanting to pay them enough -Only 2 weeks off TOTAL in direct labor jobs and many hourly positions (including sick days, PTO, Unpaid time off, etc.)

Unbelievable company. I have been here almost 2 years and love the culture, attitude, and kindness. The values are lived up to here, with a strong sense of urgency to fulfill those ideas.
