LEADERSHIP IS TRASH! COO comes from a consulting background and micromanages everything, yet doesn't actually know how to do anything himself. CBDO is in the office maybe 2-3 times a month and does more harm than good to the sales team's moral. CEO has all of his (in high school and college) kids working there making more than professionals that have been loyal to the company for 5+ years and cant get a raise. CEO is also very decisive saying things like "if you don't want to come in the office, find another job but good luck because nobody is hiring and you will likely end up unemployed" CHRO will deny conversions you have had with him, reenforcing the idea that HR is only there to protect the company, not employee. Leadership as a whole has turned into a good ole boys club that cares more about appearance, titles, and their own personal vendetta than they do about the people they are supposed to be serving. Very few employees there actually want to be there, including a majority of middle management. Once stock is fully vested, expect to see a mass exodus.
