      The culture at LVT is unmatched. Not only is everyone at LVT striving to be successful and grow the business, but they're also approachable and real. Understanding that everyone has things going on in their personal life and being accommodating goes a long way.

      LVT as a company is legitimately one that looks to make a positive impact. From the purpose of the product to the way they take care of their employees, LVT is hands down the best company I've worked for.

      Going to work is way too fun.

      Pros

      Opportunity at LVT is insane. I have not seen anything like this before.

      Cons

      LVT is growing and losing it's culture. Impossible to stop that with growth but for someone that saw it before it grew, of course it is tough to see. Also, a lot of family relations, so that can be a little frustrating.
